The home is well furnished, safe and secure. I REALLY loved that there were beach chairs and Umbrellas in the home, as a beach goer I found that super cool and thoughtful. Overall, we had a great stay!!! I would recommend and do this again.
Amazing stay!! The apartment was in a great location so close to all the stores. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, great kitchen, amazing private backyard and warm and cozy environment. We so loved it!!

Erna’s apartment is close to many amenities including shops, the beach, coffee shops and restaurants.
The apartment felt very safe with a private parking space. Erna’s place had everything we needed for our week stay. There was milk, water and tea and coffee for us.

Really a super nice stay in Hout Bay at a fantastic location. Hout Bay is outside the city centre and has tranquillity, nice restaurants, and a beautifully stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Erna was an absolutely fantastic host. The location is spectacular for its view, calm ambiance, and proximity to the city. I was here for 2 months and the minor problems that came up (problems that arises well out of the host’s and my own control) were very quickly resolved. Erna is a kind and attentive woman, and I highly recommend this stay. Hout Bay is a lovely place just like it’s people.

We stayed here for a month. Such a peaceful setting with the rushing stream and noises of the local birdlife. Although you’re in an apartment complex we had almost total privacy. Perfectly kitted out kitchen that had everything we needed to cook daily. Erna was a wonderful and attentive host while giving us the required space. Perfect location for wandering around the village.
So many things stood out about Erna and her home for me, on arrival Erna took out her time and showed us around i found that really great! It was a beautiful location close to so many things and activities, be it the Constantia wine estates, the beautiful camps bay beach, shops, the botanical garden and loads more.
