“Riversong Hout Bay” is situated at the foot of the world famous Chapmans Peak Drive with its spectacular views and amazing hiking and cycling opportunities. It is also on the route to Cape Point Nature Reserve, via the popular Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens is nearby, and a 10 minute drive takes you to the world famous Wine Estates of the Constantia Valley. Surprisingly beautiful is the 20 minute drive from “Riversong Hout Bay” – along the very Scenic Atlantic Coastline – to the Table Mountain Cable Way, Cape Town Central and the V & A Waterfront.
Really a super nice stay in Hout Bay at a fantastic location. Hout Bay is outside the city center and has tranquility, nice restaurants, and a beautifully stunning beach. Highly recommended!
Erna was an absolutely fantastic host. The location is spectacular for its view, calm ambiance, and proximity to the city. I was here for 2 months and the minor problems that came up (problems that arises well out of the host’s and my own control) were very quickly resolved. Erna is a kind and attentive woman, and I highly recommend this stay. Hout Bay is a lovely place just like it’s people
We stayed here for a month. Such a peaceful setting with the rushing stream and noises of the local birdlife. Although you’re in an apartment complex we had almost total privacy. Perfectly kitted out kitchen that had everything we needed to cook daily. Erna was a wonderful and attentive host while giving us the required space. Perfect location for wandering around the village.
